The Franklin County Fairgrounds is located on the west edge of Hampton, Iowa, along Highway 3 and Olive Avenue.

Hampton Aquatic Center

The Hampton Aquatic Center opened for operation May 2011, located at 600 1st Street NW in Progress Park.

Traditionally, the facility's season runs from Memorial Day weekend thru Labor Day. Season Passes, Punch Cards, Swim Lessons, Swim Team, Water Aerobics and Party Rentals are offered in addition to a variety of aquatic amenities for people of all ages.

Beeds Lake State Park

Beeds Lake State Park is located approximately two miles northwest of Hampton, offering picnic shelters, lodge building for special events, camping, boating and fishing opportunities.

Reservations may be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week online at www.reserveiaparks.com. Reservation can also be made by calling the reservation call center at 1-877-427-2757 Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (CST), closed on State holidays.
